Each 2023 Boettcher Scholar was asked to identify one teacher who impacted their lives and made significant contributions to their growth and education.
Our 2023 Boettcher Scholar Dalton Carroll chose Joshua Trujillo as their teacher honoree in recognition of Joshua Trujillo’s passion for the profession and dedication to their students. In addition to a certificate, the recipients of the Teacher Recognition Award will receive a $500 grant, which they may use toward an educational program, professional development, or project to benefit students at our school. This award is the Boettcher Foundation’s way of telling Mr. Trujillo that his commitment to our students and to the community is very much appreciated.
We are incredibly proud to have Mr. Trujillo as a teacher in our school community and thank him for inspiring not only our students but also setting a standard of excellence for others in the teaching profession.
